We certainly can set it all up for you. There is an additional charge which will depend on the day of the week and distance to the venue. 

We certainly can, the will need an additional change for drop off and pick up the next day. 

The rental window is 48 hours. Anything outside of this windows is negotiable. 

If you wish to collect the items and wish to set it all up yourself, you are more than welcome to. There is a deposit required which would be returned upon the return of all the items on time. We ask you to look after our treasures and make sure you take extra care taking them out of the boxes and also packing them back up securely in the boxes provided. If items get damaged, the deposit will not be returned. 

Several items are not available for dry hire and have to set up and removed by out team. 

Yes, we do require a deposit. Please see the Terms and Conditions that we email over to you. 

Once you pay us the deposit , you accept the Terms and Conditions of the service we provide you with.

Send us a request, we will check if the date is available for what you have enquired for and send you a quote depending on your request. Once you agree to the quote, you pay us a 30% of the value of the quote and we make it official. Let's celebrate! 

Then 4 weeks before the event, you pay us the remaining value of the quote and a returnable deposit. 

The deposit is returned to your once we have received all the rented items in an undamaged state. If there are damages we will let you know about it and if we need to retrieve the cost from the deposit or not. 

We hope no one would like to take any of our items home or damage them on purpose. Although we realise that accidents happen.  To protect ourselves we require a returnable deposit from you which would cover potential damage.

We are based in Long Eaton, which is conveniently located on the edge of Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire, we operate within this area, although let us now where your venue is and we can discuss further. 

We are happy to send you several photographs for you to inspect. We also have availability to see you in person if you wish. Let's pencil a date in!
